Product configurators for propellers and thrusters
CE Masters has developed generic CAD models for automatic creation of custom propeller geometry. The models describe the complex blade geometry, but also the sand mould geometry, milling paths and other production data. The behaviour of the material during moulding can be compensated with model parameters.
Furthermore CE Masters developed a product configurator for thrusters based on all variants. By filling in a limited number of parameters in a form, the configurator generates a complete set of technical drawings, ready for production.
