Greentech Engineering merges with CE Masters
Greentech Engineering and CE Masters are joining forces and will merge to one stronger company. The activities of Greentech Engineering in the Netherlands and Singapore will be fully integrated with CE Masters and continue under this brand, starting from June 1, 2014. This allows a further strengthening of CE Masters’ position in the market of mechanical engineering and industrialization services.
Strong competence
With the integration of the two brands, both being part of Pezy Group, the new combination is able to offer even better services to its customers. "Together we are able to bridge the gap between product development and manufacturing,” according to Theo Wijers, business leader of CE Masters. "By expanding our team with industrialization engineers, we assure our customers of products optimized for the production process”. The former team of Greentech Engineering will operate as a competence team within CE Masters.
The merger fits the strategy of Pezy Group: developing a network organization of companies that excel in a product development competence. "Scale is becoming more important for being a long term innovation partner," said Henco Pezy, CEO Pezy Group.
Expansion
Through this merger CE Masters now has 30 people staff and offices in Houten and Eindhoven and a start-up in Singapore. CE Masters provides engineering services for multinational companies and innovative product developers in the Netherlands. The ambition of CE Masters, according to Theo Wijers: "This year we will focus on developing a leading position in the field of mechanical engineering in the Netherlands and Singapore".
The newly integrated CE Masters will participate on the High Tech Systems fair in Den Bosch, The Netherlands on May 7 and 8, 2014. Visitors have the opportunity to explore the combined services of both companies and our specialists will be present for any questions.
