Industrial frying systems

Marel Townsend Further Processing is a leading supplier of advanced machines and systems for the food processing industry. An important project at Marel was the development of an industrial frying system that should be available in 36 different sizes (four width and nine length variants) plus multiple options, for instance different kinds of heating and conveyor systems.

CE Masters was asked to build a generic 3D CAD model in Creo Paramatric. With this model the employees of Marel should be able to create and manage all variants. Together with Marel CE Masters has developed a solution that meets these requirements.

Since the entire range of machines has been developed in one integral project, various construction improvements could be implemented. Every design choice was made with the entire range in mind, resulting in a smart and consistent design.
