CE Masters has developed various poultry processing machines for Meyn, including a drumstick cutter, a deskinning unit, an inline deboning unit and a chicken leg folding unit.
In these developments CE Masters used various creativity methods in combination with morphological overviews, in order to find the best conceptual solutions.
All systems have been engineered completely including simulation of all movements with Pro/MECHANISM.
The development of the chicken leg folding unit included the determination of peak forces by dynamic analysis with Pro/MECHANICA MOTION.
